Having been with the business since its establishment, I have a thorough understanding of each business function. I love the ‘blue ocean’ of business where I can focus on the business growth strategy for the future and enjoy the execution just as much.
The last ten years have been an exciting journey, from humble beginnings as a reseller of another brand to personally spearheading the start-up of our own manufacturing facility and establishment of our state branches. This included the launch of our Thermal Blankets, Direct-Fit exhaust systems, Diesel Particulate Filters and sound suppression packages over the span of a decade.
I am driven by winning and seeing those around me succeed and win. Mediocracy can’t be tolerated and good is merely the enemy of great. High performing businesses are made up of high performing teams, which are made up of high performing individuals who want to win! The Core Values of the company are what define us. It creates alignment and a foundation for our culture.
