Meet Eva, our Onsite & Operational Support team member in Mackay. Eva is highly organised, with a great understanding of existing systems and the efficiency to make them work better and faster by improving procedures. Progress and innovation drive Eva, and they allow her to better understand clients’ pain points through open communication, providing sustainable solutions for them in a way that allows improvement. She describes her experience with Aletek so far as having a welcoming atmosphere, with great teamwork, and a different vibe from her previous experiences.
Before joining Aletek 5 months ago, Eva has worked in a diverse range of work environments. These include Ocean plastics pollution research, regenerative life support systems design for terrestrial and space use, reliability engineer at mining sites (with tickets for loader grader dozer and many more). She also studied an Environmental engineering and management degree.
Outside of work, Eva indulges in her love of the history and culture of wine, in fact, she is a Weinakademiker. Eva also loves horse riding and anything to do with water.
